BEACH VILLAS

Ban Tai beach is a quiet spot on the north shore of Koh Samui, with a view to Koh Pha Ngan, the National Marine Park and the stunning sunsets. In both directions along the beach there are beach bars or beach restaurants, some very Thai some a little less Thai but all very local.

The villas are managed by helpful staff of a local company. Their office is from the Beach Villas about 1 km along the main road direction Maenam. Every 3 days a housekeeping crew clean the houses and change towels and bed linen. A security guide take care this complex around the clock.

All bedrooms have Air-conditioning and roof fan, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The master bedroom has large double bed and is en-suite. Access to the sun terrace is via this bedroom which also has fitted mini-fridge and television. The en-suite bathroom/dressing room has fitted double wardrobes and dressing table to one side. The second upstairs bedroom has mostly twin beds. The downstairs bedroom and its next door bathroom are similar to the upstairs bedroom but with large double bed in stead of a twin.

Filling the remainder of the inner ground floor and shaped around the kitchen , this area is fitted with 2 roof fans, dinning table and chairs, and Thai style settee , 2 matching chairs and coffee table. There is also a television (cable television) and a music centre. Sited behind the living area, the kitchen is fitted with 4 ring Electric Hob, Microwave oven, Water boiler, Blender, Toaster, Coffee-maker and large fridge, together with full set crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils. There are fitted storage cupboards and modern sink unit.
